Sipari\u015f konusu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin niteli\u011fi, sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131, \u00f6deme \u015fekli ve teslimat bilgileri sipari\u015f formunda belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p><hr \/><h2>MADDE 3 &#8211; TARAFLARIN TEMEL B\u0130LG\u0130LER\u0130<\/h2><p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> Sat\u0131c\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn bilgileri, sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131, \u00f6deme \u015fekli ve teslimat ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 sipari\u015f \u00f6ncesinde Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;ya a\u00e7\u0131k ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r \u015fekilde bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p><p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> Al\u0131c\u0131, sipari\u015f vermeden \u00f6nce Sat\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sunulan t\u00fcm bilgileri (\u00fcr\u00fcn niteli\u011fi, fiyat, teslimat masraflar\u0131, KDV ve di\u011fer vergiler dahil) okumu\u015f ve kabul etmi\u015ftir.<\/p><p><strong>3.3.<\/strong> Al\u0131c\u0131, sipari\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda verdi\u011fi ki\u015fisel ve adres bilgilerinin do\u011frulu\u011fundan sorumludur.<\/p><hr \/><h2>MADDE 4 &#8211; \u00dcR\u00dcN B\u0130LG\u0130LER\u0130<\/h2><p>Sipari\u015f konusu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn niteli\u011fi, adedi, marka\/modeli, sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 ve \u00f6deme \u015fekli sipari\u015f formunda ve onay e-postas\u0131nda detayl\u0131 olarak belirtilmi\u015ftir. \u00dcr\u00fcn fiyatlar\u0131 KDV dahildir.<\/p><hr \/><h2>MADDE 5 &#8211; \u00d6DEME \u015eARTLARI<\/h2><p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> \u00dcr\u00fcn bedeli, sipari\u015f onay\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Al\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belirtilen \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemiyle (kredi kart\u0131, havale\/EFT vb.) tahsil edilir.<\/p><p><strong>5.2.<\/strong> Teslimat masraflar\u0131 Al\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r. Kargo \u00fccreti sipari\u015f \u00f6zetinde ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6sterilir.<\/p><p><strong>5.3.<\/strong> \u00d6demenin yap\u0131lmamas\u0131, banka taraf\u0131ndan reddedilmesi veya iptal edilmesi halinde Sat\u0131c\u0131 teslim y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden kurtulur.<\/p><p><strong>5.4.<\/strong> Taksitli \u00f6demelerde banka kampanyalar\u0131 ge\u00e7erlidir. Kampanya ko\u015fullar\u0131 \u00f6deme sayfas\u0131nda belirtilir.<\/p><hr \/><h2>MADDE 6 &#8211; TESL\u0130MAT<\/h2><p><strong>6.1.<\/strong> Sat\u0131c\u0131, sipari\u015f edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n sipari\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda bildirdi\u011fi adrese, sipari\u015f tarihinden itibaren en ge\u00e7 <strong>30 (otuz) takvim g\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7inde teslim eder. Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc durumlarda yaz\u0131l\u0131 bildirimle bu s\u00fcreye en fazla 10 g\u00fcn eklenebilir.<\/p><p><strong>6.2.<\/strong> Sanat eserleri ve tablolar \u00f6zel ambalajlama ile kargolan\u0131r. Hassas \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131 kargo se\u00e7ene\u011fi uygulanabilir.<\/p><p><strong>6.3.<\/strong> Teslimat, kargo firmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Al\u0131c\u0131 veya yetkili ki\u015fiye yap\u0131l\u0131r. Teslim s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00fcr\u00fcn hasarl\u0131, eksik veya ay\u0131pl\u0131 ise Al\u0131c\u0131 kargo firma yetkilisinden tutanak tutturarak teslim almama hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p><p><strong>6.4.<\/strong> Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n bildirdi\u011fi adreste bulunmamas\u0131 veya teslim almamas\u0131 halinde tekrar teslimat denemesi yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130kinci denemede de teslim al\u0131nmazsa Sat\u0131c\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi feshetme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p><hr \/><h2>MADDE 7 &#8211; CAYMA HAKKI<\/h2><p><strong>7.1.<\/strong> Al\u0131c\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren <strong>14 (on d\u00f6rt) g\u00fcn<\/strong> i\u00e7inde herhangi bir gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stermeksizin ve cezai \u015fart \u00f6demeksizin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden cayma hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p><p><strong>7.2.<\/strong> Cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde Sat\u0131c\u0131&#8217;ya yaz\u0131l\u0131 (e-posta, iadeli taahh\u00fctl\u00fc mektup) bildirimde bulunulmas\u0131 ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn iade edilmesi gerekir. \u0130ade edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, orijinal ambalaj\u0131nda ve hasars\u0131z olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p><p><strong>7.3.<\/strong> Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n talep etti\u011fi \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmeler (\u00e7er\u00e7eve se\u00e7imi, \u00f6zel boyut vb.) nedeniyle t\u00fcketicinin istekleri do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde cayma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131lamaz (Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi 15\/g maddesi).<\/p><p><strong>7.4.<\/strong> Cayma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00f6denen bedel 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;ya iade edilir. \u0130ade masraflar\u0131 Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;ya aittir.<\/p><hr \/><h2>MADDE 8 &#8211; AYIPLI MAL HALLER\u0130<\/h2><p><strong>8.1.<\/strong> Teslim al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ay\u0131pl\u0131 olmas\u0131 halinde Al\u0131c\u0131; bedel indirimi, \u00fccretsiz onar\u0131m veya \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesini talep edebilir. Bu se\u00e7eneklerden birinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamas\u0131 halinde \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc iade ederek bedelin iadesini isteyebilir.<\/p><p><strong>8.2.<\/strong> Ay\u0131p iddias\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn teslim tarihinden itibaren 2 (iki) y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclebilir.<\/p><hr \/><h2>MADDE 9 &#8211; F\u0130KR\u0130 M\u00dcLK\u0130YET HAKLARI<\/h2><p>Sat\u0131c\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sat\u0131n al\u0131nan sanat eserlerinin fiziki m\u00fclkiyeti Al\u0131c\u0131&#8217;ya ge\u00e7er. Ancak eserin kopyalanmas\u0131, \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ticari kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin fikri m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131 sanat\u00e7\u0131ya aittir.
