Cayma Hakk\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 Durumlar<\/h3><p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki hallerde cayma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131lamaz (Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi Madde 15):<\/p><ul><li>T\u00fcketicinin istekleri do\u011frultusunda ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler (\u00f6rne\u011fin se\u00e7ti\u011finiz \u00e7er\u00e7eve, \u00f6zel boyut, ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel \u00fcretim),<\/li><li>\u00c7abuk bozulabilen veya son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7ebilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnler,<\/li><li>Tesliminden sonra ambalaj, bant, m\u00fch\u00fcr vb. koruyucu unsurlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan ve iadesi sa\u011fl\u0131k ve hijyen a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan uygun olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnler,<\/li><li>Tesliminden sonra ba\u015fka \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle kar\u0131\u015fan ve do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnler.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Sanat eserlerinde, sipari\u015fe \u00f6zel \u00e7er\u00e7eve veya boyut se\u00e7imi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ise cayma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131lamaz.<\/em><\/p><h3>2.3. \u0130ade S\u00fcreci<\/h3><ol><li>Cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak istedi\u011finizi e-posta ([e-posta adresi]) veya iadeli taahh\u00fctl\u00fc mektup ile bildiriniz.<\/li><li>\u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fc orijinal ambalaj\u0131nda, hasars\u0131z ve kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f \u015fekilde paketleyiniz.<\/li><li>\u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fc kargo ile adresimize g\u00f6nderiniz. Kargo \u00fccreti size aittir.<\/li><li>\u0130ade edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn taraf\u0131m\u0131za ula\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra \u00f6demeniz 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde iade edilecektir.<\/li><\/ol><h3>2.4.
